I know I get off topic and ramble and stuff, but I do have a lot to say about rearing a kid with Sotos. And about the diapers, in case you do come back -- we're using Pampers Premium size 6. For a while, I was using the Good Nights in size S/M -- D. is not quite 3 years old -- but they were so expensive, and the Premium 6s are stretchy enough to fit.

We can't use the regular Pampers or Huggies -- not stretchy enough to fit around D's waist.

For a while, he was soaking through his diaper at night. We used the Good Nights and tried to remember to change him before we went to bed.

Now he's quite soggy in the mornings, but he *usually* doesn't soak through the diaper.
